Introduction

The CPA business is a service business. As such, the success of a CPA firm depends heavily upon the quality of its people. Firms that excel at hiring the right people, training them, developing their skills and being attentive to their needs will most likely be the firms that distinguish themselves from others in the market.

One of the most critical elements of developing quality people is the effectiveness of their supervision. Your firm has engaged us to survey your feelings and opinions of the effectiveness of the supervisors with whom you work. This evaluation process provides you with an opportunity to contribute your opinions to make the firm a better place to work.

Your honest responses are encouraged. All of your responses will be kept completely confidential. No one in your firm will have access to any of the completed surveys; they will be retained by us and eventually destroyed. We have told the partners that under no circumstances will we convey information to them regarding who said what.
