Here is how we work:

1. Send an email to every staff participant. This email includes their personal, password-protected link to the
   on-line survey.
2. Tally the results after participants complete the 29-question survey.
3. Results for individual supervisors and the firm as a whole are compared to national norms developed from dozens of staff surveys conducted over 20 years.
4. Summarize the results in a narrative interpretation and written analysis supported by quantitative reports for
   the Managing Partner or whomever
   the firm designates.
5. All participants' responses and ratings
   are kept completely confidential and not released to the firm.
