- Send an email to every staff participant. This email includes their personal, password-protected link to the
on-line survey.
- Tally the results after participants complete the 29-question survey.
- Results for individual supervisors and the firm as a whole are compared to national norms developed from dozens of staff surveys conducted over 20 years.
- Summarize the results in a narrative interpretation and written analysis supported by quantitative reports for
the Managing Partner or whomever
the firm designates.
- All participants' responses and ratings
are kept completely confidential and not released to the firm.
